Cancellation Policy
At Elite Artistry New York, we are committed to providing exceptional, luxury beauty services. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have established the following booking and cancellation policy. Deposits & Booking Requirements: - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your service total. - If you cancel or reschedule less than 72 hours notice of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied to any future appointments. A new deposit will be required to book again. - If you reschedule before the 72-hour window, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment. If you reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required. Cancellation Policy: - We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. If you cancel, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied to any future bookings. - If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the service amount, and your deposit will be forfeited. Agreement to Terms: A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking but will be held on file in accordance with our cancellation policy.
